Proxy Jagielski, 92, formerly of Cohoes at Virtua Hospital Voorhees, N.J. Thursday March 20, 2008 after a brief illness. Born in Watervliet and was the daughter of the late Stephen and Elizabeth Rynecki. She was a seamstress for many years and a member of St. Michael’s Church Rosary Society Wife of the late Stanley Jagielski. Mother of Phyllis Currie of New Jersey and Paul Jagielski and wife Joan of Vermont. Grandmother of David Jagielski of Vermont, Philip Jagielski of New York, Teresa Gallagher of Texas, Jean Dysinger and her husband Mark of Vermont, Janet Lentz and her husband Rob of Indiana, Dr. William Currie and his wife Allison of Michigan, Daniel Currie and his intended Leslie Clark of New Jersey. Great Grandmother of Ryan Jagielski of New York, Annabel and Lucy Dysinger of Vermont, Harry and Emily Lentz of Indiana, Jake and Toby Currie of Michigan. Sister of Victoria Polonis and Betty Koop of Connecticut.

Funeral Tuesday 8:30 am from the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes  and 9:00 am at St. Michael’s Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment in St. Michaels Cemetery, Waterford.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4 to 7 pm.
