Theresa Paradis, 81, at The Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center, Troy died on Thursday, March
 20, 2008 after a long illness.
She was born and educated in Cohoes and was the daughter of the late
Mitchell and Eva Marie Louprette LaMarre. She was a machine operator
at the Harmony Mills, Cohoes for many years. She was the wife of the
late Richard A. Paradis. She is survived by her children, Richard A.
Paradis and his wife Colleen of Troy, Michele Paradis of Troy and
mother of the late Patricia Paradis Deem. Sister of Leon LaMarr of
Waterford, Robert Jean of Troy, Louis Jean of Halfmoon, Lionel Jean
of Cohoes, Martha Jean of Cohoes, Jeanne Hebert of Troy, Margaret
Philbean of Cohoes, Shirley Vincillette of Long Island, Annette King
of FL and sister of the late Mitch LaMarre. Grandmother of Jason and
Damien Deem, Richard and Brianna Paradis and the late Cailyn Paradis,
also survived by several nieces and nephews. Sister-in-law of Mary
Paradis of FL.
Funeral Wednesday 9:30 AM at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with the Rev John Lanese officiating. Interment in Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 to 7pm. The family would like to thank the care givers at The Springs Nursing Home for the kindness given to their Mother. |
