Irene M. Davis, 68, of Boght Road, Watervliet passed away at her daughters home in Ohio on Friday, March 20, 2015 after a long illness. Born in Cohoes, graduate of Keveny Memorial Academy, she was the daughter of the late Romeo and Rita Remillard Tremblay. She was a homemaker and a property manager for many years. Survived by her husband, Michael Davis of Watervliet, son Michael (Michele) Davis of Dayton, Ohio and daughter Brenda Lee Davis of Dayton, Ohio, grandmother of Brandon, Brittany and Alyssa all of Dayton, Ohio. Sister of Jeannette Hogan of Salisbury, N.Y and the late Real Tremblay, Jeannine Roberts and Donald Tremblay, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Saturday, 9:00am at St. Ambrose Church, Latham where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford. Relatives and friends may call at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes on Friday from 4 to 7pm. Those who wish to remember Irene in a special way may make a donation to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
